| The West Lancashire Mark Charity Management Committee were fortunate to have been gifted a refurbished Electric Scooter in the Autumn of 2014. | |

| The Scooter has been on loan to the daughter of a West Lancashire Mark Mason. The lady concerned has now been given a lightweight model which she finds more convenient for her needs. | |
| As a consequence the Scooter is now available for loan to another Mark Brother or his dependent. | |
| The Scooter will remain the property of the Mark Province of West Lancashire but the person to whom it is allocated may have the use of it for as long as he or his dependant needs it. | |
| The person to whom it is loaned will be responsible for obtaining insurance cover for the Scooter and its use whilst in their possession. | |
